Since our tipis (teepees, tepees) are as authentic as possible in our contemporary world, they bring to the 21st century a "living artifact". They make it possible to experience what a nomadic culture experienced hundreds of years ago. Our tipis (teepees, tepees) are authentic Sioux style to which we have added reinforcing and design variations that are the results of our own tipi living experiences in snow, below zero temperatures, coastal rain forests and hurricane force winds

Ross Creek is a magical place where culture comes together with fine art to create a place of learning and inspiration. Based on 186 acres overlooking the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia, we offer Aboriginal programs aimed at Aboriginal people and cultural awareness programs for the public to become more aware of Aboriginal cultures in an exciting and accurate way. We also offer children's and youth programming, master classes, an artist colony and a summer festival of theatre and more on our grounds.
