I'm wary of ordering anything that I've found on the internet, but I was impressed with the Bearclaw site. I was searching for someone who could make a kanji pendant for "peace," which was much harder than I'd anticipated. I contacted Frank, who worked with me to create the pendant that was exactly what I was looking for. I love the fact that it's a custom piece, and I love what I understand to be the philosophy of his family toward making spiritual and meaningful works of art. Thank you for the lovely medicine wheel pendant--it is even more beautiful than I hoped! I also appreciate your efforts to make it right away and drive 2.5 hours to get it mailed in time for Christmas. ( Franks Note: The power was knocked out on the North Island on the last day of possible US delivery , ( no Post Office ),so we drove to the next town, Campbell River, 200 miles South to mail things off ).

We custom ordered our wedding bands from Bearclaw, and they turned out beautifully! I was impressed with their ability to receive instructions remotely, to follow-up and confirm the design, the speed with which they completed the work, and most of all, the quality and beauty of the product. My future husband had said that he didn't think he would want to wear a ring, but when he saw Bearclaw's designs, he said 'I'd wear those rings!' Since receiving the rings, he wont' take his off, even though we're not married yet. The rings are very comfortable to wear, which is surprising because they are wide. All round a great company to do business with.
