I had commisioned from Frank and Marlene a pendant that I was looking for and yet no other had, nor took any interest in designing for me. It was so important for me to have this pendant and no one would listen, with the exception of Frank and Marlene. They both took the time to speak to me about the design, and inquire exactly what I was looking for. Bearclaw had designed for me what I had been looking for without any problem nor incidence, to great detail, and I am eternally grateful, because I had wanted this pendant made so that I would be able to have a small rememberance of my husband who passed away at the age of 42. I wear it every day, never removing it. I wear it in the shower with no fear that it is not waterproof. I will always be grateful to them both for their care and concern when it came to designing this peice for me. And I would highly recommend them as Jewelers of Distinction.

I ordered both of the yin-yang pendants, one in silver and the other in gold. When I received them in the mail, I was more than pleased by their simple , elegant beauty, and their finely crafted execution. I'll be back for more stuff soon!

Frank is the second custom jeweler I contacted. I chose Frank of Bearclaw because he was very helpful, gave me many choices and kept working with me during the developement phase. The custom piece was religous in nature, and Frank understood this and seemed to be cautious of energies and their affect during the creation of my piece. All this is to say that I was treated like a friend rather than someone to make money off of, and when you throw in his skill and craftmanship (which created a wonderful silver pendant for me,) you end up with an old fashion craftsman, with integrity and quality that is rarely seen in these troubled times.

I originally started looking at the native rings with the animal designs for a gift for my husband but I was drawn to the monutain rings as they were so unusual. After a few emails between Frank and I we decided on the perfect design! It was all so easy and convenient especially across such a distance! I would highly recommend bearclaw jewellery to anyone!
