What an amazing experience!! I have been looking for years to have a custom piece made for my husband. It is something he had previously been known world-wide for, and the bracelet needed to be exact. And Frank did an outstanding job, so much more than I had ever hoped for. From the many many e-mails, to the telephone call, to the crafting of the pieces (he also made a matching smaller version for myself) while he was under-the-weather. To getting the pieces to us in time for some important photo shoots. What can I say? The best, both in kindness and quality. Thanks for making the vision come true.
